Nettie Keller was an outstanding realtor. She was very detailed orientated, timely (early), knowledgeable (protecting us as the buyer), took the time to understand our wants and needs in a home, and promptly answered all of our numerous questions or concerns. She went above and beyond in giving us a variety of home to review and provided print out packets to write our own notes as we toured homes. She recommended water testing, radon testing, and more. She attended the tour, return tour, final tour, helped with bidding process, followed up with other realtor and owner on details of closing and offer processes, and was polite and a pleasure to work with during our home selection and purchase process. She even came to our closing tour between the planning of her mother's funeral service and she has a very strong dedication to her clients. She made us feel like we were important customers and a priority in her life. She was so prompt with emails and text updates through the entire process. She was patient to explain the reality process in simplified detailed communications. I would highly recommend Nettie Keller as an awesome realtor.

This is the second property nettie has found for us, she is very promot, always in a good mood, and always responds back to me within minutes! I will definitely use her again on my next property purchase. This recent property i wanted to close on asap, expecting 3 weeks or so, and she got it done the same week!!! I was very happy

I would apologize when I felt we were taking so long with measurements and readings. Nettie's answer was always that's okay take your time. That is what she does. Nettie made our day being at our new home giving us the keys and taking pictures with the sold sign. Nettie has become a positive member of our family. There is so much good things to say about Nettie but it is so hard for me to put in into words. I hope Nettie knows how much we care about her and all that she has done for us. Through the whole process Nettie was extremely helpful. She treated me like a close friend. She was honest and straightforward about the home and the current market. Because of this I trusted her input. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a home. I enjoyed working with her and if I ever need to buy or sell I will go through her again. She was just the best. Overall a great human being & pleasant to work with.

Being first time home buyers, with a young family, we were worried at first about the whole process. Not really sure what to expect and on our guard to make sure that no one steered us in the wrong direction. Working with Nettie was an absolute dream. She was constantly texting (which is so much easier than phone calls with 2 young children in the house) me new properties or checking in to see how the family was doing/if we had any questions. I swear I could text her at 3am and she would respond back right away, that's how fast she was. Awesome sense of humor and made us feel like she really cared about finding us a solid, family friendly home. Forever greatful to Nettie for giving my family roots and a home to call our own!!!
