Buyer reviewAnnette is awesome to work with. She knows the market extremely well and is a very knowledgeable and experienced broker. She also will meet people at the house, take pictures and do any thing asked throughout the transaction, which was key for me since I'm an out of state investor. She even suggested subcontractors, located me a great after market refrigerator and stove, and greeted me at the property a week after closing. I would recommend Annette to anyone in the Mt Vernon and/or Southern Illinois market. She goes above and beyond and is a team player! -Mick R.

This was the best experience I've ever had. Annette was great extremely helpful and broke everything done in a way that we understand it. Was very truthful about everything and up front. I couldn't have asked for a better person because she made the experience fantastic. Was a hard case a bit touch and go but great performance over all. Definitely satisfied with everything

I honestly don't know where we would have been without her She helped us understand anything that we had questions on when putting in a bid for the house and what we would need to close on the property She understood exactly what we were looking for and when we wanted to see other properties she was right there with us through every step of the house.
