Buyer reviewAnnette was always available anytime I called her. I sometimes felt like maybe I was contacting her to late but she NEVER made me feel that way. She always found out the information we would ask her about in a timely manner. She was always prepared and helpful in all aspects from the beginning to end. The best thing is she was very very patient with us. We really didn't give her exact details of what we were looking for and kept changing our mind often. She was a champ about that and we really appreciate it. I will definitely use Annette again for if we decide to sell or purchase another home. She's the best and I feel like I also made a friend with her. She's just that comfortable to be with and around. Makes you feel calm when your stressed out etc. Thank you again Annette for all Your help!

Seller reviewhouse sold in one day and we were delighted then went back on market because of death of buyer we had made committments and were not able to wait til the next buyer met our price so we reduced price and the results were dissappointing but only because the first sale had us so pumped (good money) This was no fault and no blame. It is just the way it wentl so willing to help and so friendly Top service more than we could expect honesty and trustworthy

Seller reviewAnnette was such a help to us. We are elderly and she helped us sell quickly and also negotiated for us to stay in our house for 2 months after the closing. She is so sweet and kind. She searched through a box of our papers and located a release of lien we needed to give to the title company. How many agents would do that? She handled it all for us!
