Buyer reviewI came across Anthony Guetzoian on a listing that he had, about a month ago for sale, by accident. I explained to Anthony my needs in finding a condominium for my sister, and after a few days, we were out looking at several properties together. I did like several properties, and Anthony kindly advised me on a few points, and what he thought would be the best options for me. I felt that he was very knowledgeable and trustworthy to say the least! Anthony never tries to make any decisions for his clients, but will give you his fair opinion when asked on a specific property. He is on top of all that you can possibly need, even insurance companies, and handy men if you should happen to need them! He takes immense pride with pleasing his customers, and is very happy to please his clients too! He is always timely in returning phone calls, and text messages. He will accompany you to as many appointments necessary if you should need his help. He volunteers his expertise as a favor to his customers, never asking for any money in return. He was there with me during the walk through every step of the way, and picked up our check twice from the tenant, and will be there with me upon the time the people are moving out to return to them the deposit in a few weeks! Such a nice, family man too! Loved his energy and friendliness! Thank you Anthony Guetzoian for helping my sister out! I hope my niece will be your next client. He is everything you want in a realtor, or in anyone you do business with. A total professional all the way! Anthony was on top of everything, stayed with it when things went sour, and jumped right back in when an opening allowed us to forge ahead. I couldn't ask for anyone better!
