Seller reviewAnthony has great communication, and is always responsive via text, email or phone call. He knew the area of my property. My property was always going to be tricky, because it was a lot without utilities. While initial pricing ended up being optimistic (could have maybe hit the # if we stuck with it longer), I was happy with the outcome.

Seller reviewI met Anthony Rezendes when I needed to sell my home that I needed to move out of as quickly as possible. Anthony was immediately available to inspect the home and come up with a plan to make the sale the day I walked into his office. We initially attempted to sell at too high a price but he advised me on the pros and cons of lowering the price in order to get more foot traffic in my property. Also, it should be noted that I had a very busy work schedule and Anthony took alot of his own time to facilitate repairs in order to strengthen our negotiating position. Anthony also seemed to have alot of local knowledge in the form of housing markets as well as contractors for the repairs I needed. I would recommend Anthony to any friends or family who were trying to sell or buy a property. In fact I plan to work with Anthony again in the next few months to buy a new home.
