April Alexy has had a long-time interest in homes and the real estate market, influenced by generations of family members in the contracting field. After attending college for business, April invested in her first home, which she still owns to this day as a rental property. From that start, April has purchased multiple other properties, being personally involved in the rehab, rental and resale of them. She is also a co-owner of a commercial property, which has supported two thriving businesses since 2005.
April's interests and experience in real estate prompted her to obtain her Realtors license in 2016. Buyer reviewMiss April spent a year working on finding this home for me. My situation was difficult and she was patient and extremely detail oriented. Her thoughtfulness and thoroughness made the transition smooth. Many times she would drop everything to go look at a home with me! We laughed and saw many strange things along the way, but she was an absolute queen during this. She listened and claimed me though my times of stress and ensured that every I was dotted and t was crossed. She and her brokerage and closing company not only protected my interests and cleared a difficult title, they explained every aspect required to do so. Thank you everyone!!
