April went above and beyond during the marketing and sale of our house. April was always very responsive to any and all phone calls, texts and emails for the duration of the sales process. We had already relocated out of state to FL and were reliant upon April to help us with the virtual management of the process and the finalization of the deal itself. The following are just a few examples of her actions and attention to detail. There were several initial inquiries from prospective buyers regarding the gas and mineral rights for the property, April was diligent in researching the specifics and relaying this information to the potential buyers on numerous occasions. She constantly rolled up her sleeves to help present the property in the best way that she could.. including assisting with spring landscaping and even freshening up the weeds herself. During one Open House, she wanted to be sure that the pool area was highlighted for its full entertainment capacity - and brought inflatable pool props and even had a bar-b-que of hamburgers and hot dogs for all the attendees of the open house. A very nice and personal touch that she added to the Open House. This was the open house that was attended by the eventual home buyers. All of these qualities and more! Every day and with every interaction!

April Alexy was very helpful ,She sold our house at 16 Allison Ave. in Bulger she done such a great job .She did take out time for us on both houses. That's why we got her for 11 Florance Ave. Because she is right on things rather its something big or small she was there and always on a timely matter. We will for sure recommend her to everyone . she was everything above and more.

We were more that satisfied with April Alexy as our agent. From the first meeting we had with her to discuss putting our house up for sale, she was there to explain everything and listen to our concerns. The entire time the house was for sale, she was only a phone call away whether it was morning, night or on the weekend. I met April and immediately felt that she had my best interest at heart! She was a bright and energetic sales person! Super sales person! I have listed two additional properties with her! That should tell you something! If this young lady were a salaried employee I would be suggesting she receive a raise!

I have found April to be very conscience, diligent, and tenacious in her performance. Her attention to detail and outstanding work ethic makes her exceptional in all that she does. I can't say enough good things about her, because with living in Columbus, OH the sell of my properties in PA posed a big challenge for me, but she broke down that challenge and made the process and experience fantastic. Century 21, my suggestion to you find more April's, but unfortunately for you there is only one April. Thank you!

What makes April different is that with me being out of state she went over and above the call of duty to assist me in more then just the selling of the property and that makes her very special and someone I would now consider to be a friend. I would recommend April to anyone interested in getting someone who knows the true meaning of customer satisfaction!
