April Todd exceeded any expectations I had in regards to selling my home. She was knowledgeable and concise about the property values and her plans for marketing. Everything pretty much followed her strategy. I was very happy with her results. April came in very professional,with a plan, followed it through and sold the property. Friendliness and able to work with client and others. I was always made to feel like I was a top priority. I always felt confident that April was keeping my interests a top priority.

My daughter had April come to her Condo and talked about future sale of her condo and my daughter was so impress with April's knowledge and her professional presentation that she immediately called me and said I should consider April for the sale of my condo. I would also like to mention a year ago we sold our home in Shelby Woods subdivision in Shelby and am sorry to say I was very disappointed by my agent who was NOT from your company. I so regret I did not know of April Todd at that time. April Todd blew me away.... from start to finish. The sake of the condo was very emotional and stressful for me . The condo was my moms who passed away a year ago, I live full time in Florida and I came to Michigan with a mission to clean out the condo and list it for sale. Thanks to April mission accomplished in 24 hours. April started on the sale of the condo by taking fantastic pictures for the listing as soon as it was listed with in hours we had showings. April kept me informed at all times on the status of the sale and I was so impressed with her "Friday" status reports even if there was nothing to report. April was always available and very quick with her reply from start to finish. April must definitely be an assist to your company. I do hope her outstanding efforts are acknowledged amongst her coworkers. My two daughters who live in Michigan are also planning to move to Florida and both will sell their homes ......so as they say "Mom is always right" yes April will be highly recommended. April went above and beyond to answer all my first time home buying questions and concerns.
