Buyer reviewApril was a friend of a friend that is now considered a friend. April was efficient, timely, informative, patient, attentive, detail orientated, and an excellent communicator. She explained all of the different steps in the process along the way and I never felt out of the loop or overwhelmed. I have already referred her to multiple friends and if I ever decide to sell my house or a buy a new one I couldn't imagine using any other realtor. This was my first time to buy a house and at first I was terrified but April helped ease my nerves by explaining every step necessary to purchase my house. April was incredibly patient with me and went above and beyond in securing my offer. I was impressed at how organized April was and how quickly the process happened. I highly recommend April as a realtor. I did not work with any other Century 21 employees other than April. April was efficient, timely, informative, patient, attentive, detail orientated, and an excellent communicator. She is helpful and honest, pleasant and professional. April did a wonderful job when we bought the house, therefore trusting her to sell the house for us. Another quality job! The process took some time mainly because we were waiting on the perfect home for our family. After many home visits and many times of telling her we wanted to take a break from looking she finally found the perfect place for us. There were so many times we called her to look at a house and she got it scheduled within a day or two. I am the type of person that stresses over big purchases however April's cheerful and pleasant attitude made the experience of buying our first home fun and exciting.
