Buyer reviewApril Vaughn made our home purchase experience as easy as it could have been. She was amazingly patient, diligent, and professional in every interaction. We did not have a very open time frame to work with and needed to travel from out of state to look at homes. April made herself available when we could fly into the area to look at homes and gave us an entire day of her time since we were on short time schedule. I would recommend April to anyone who is need of an agent that actually listens to what you are looking for and provide feedback/ideas that meet YOUR needs and not the agents. She is amazingly quick with drawing up documents and has a clear line of communication between you and the seller. She has won us over with her great service and knowledge of the area and we will definitely be using her for our next home purchase in the future.

She does her homework; comes prepared; anticipates and heads off any issues; is very knowledgeable of her craft, and her documentation and paperwork are outstanding. Although she is young, she is extremely intelligent, personable, prompt, and her follow-up is incredibly thorough. She has the poise and knowledge of a seasoned realtor, and she is so very pleasant.
