Seller reviewApril has now sold two properties for me. She does her homework; comes prepared; anticipates and heads off any issues; is very knowledgeable of her craft, and her documentation and paperwork are outstanding. Although she is young, she is extremely intelligent, personable, prompt, and her follow-up is incredibly thorough. She has the poise and knowledge of a seasoned realtor, and she is so very pleasant. She is number 1 in my book. I am completely satisfied with her work for me.
