April was more impressive than her resume when we met her the first time. She had prepared a book that included sold and just sold in our neighborhood, three suggested listing prices, and a detailed explanation of her marketing strategy. Excellent initial presentation. April exceeded out expectations in all areas. She responded immediately to our text or email, she kept us updated on each step of the process, and offered professional advise when we were reviewing offers. Buyer reviewAs we were coming and going from Tennessee, April patiently worked with us as we visited and rejected numerous homes. When we found the one we wanted, she saw to it that it moved smoothly toward closing while we were back in Tennessee wrapping things up on that end. When some glitches arose as closing approached, she handled them professionally.
