Buyer reviewWhen looking for a realtor, we were looking for someone who had great ratings and reviews and we found them! April lived up to all of her great reviews! These days it is hard to find great customer service with quick communication. April answered all of our communication methods very quickly and if she did not know the answer she found it quickly. My wife and I never felt like we were out of the loop on what was going on the entire process! I bet it would be difficult to find anyone better than her!

Buyer reviewWe had high expectations for this journey and wanted to work with a realtor that would serve as a realistic guide through the process. April Vaughn was absolutely essential in helping us buy and sell simultaneous which had a lot of variables to overcome. From the first meeting, April provided us with so many resources and a network of contractors we would have never been aware of if we had decided to sell by owner. As we navigated changes in our budget, preferred location, and timelines, April never indicated any problems or inconveniences. She exceeded all of our expectations with the multiple back and forth conversations, questions and negotiations with sellers, buyers and their agents. If there were any issues on the other side of the sales, we would never have known because April handled every interaction with complete professional integrity. She was incredibly knowledgeable and prompt with her communications while also keeping things lighthearted and fun. She made home buying an enjoyable process because of her attention and care to us as clients.
