Apryl Mertes is the newest member of CENTURY 21 Land of Lakes. Both she and her husband were born and raised in Grand Rapids and were excited to move back home to raise their kids. In her free time she enjoys spending time on the area lakes, fishing and boating. In the winter she can often be found at the arena cheering on Grand Rapids hockey teams, including her sons mite team. Apryl has also had a successful career as a hair stylist in the community for the last 12 years. She is passionate about helping people and is excited to serve the community by meeting our real estate needs. I chose Apryl because she came quickly to the point on her thoughts regarding the sales process after she understood the background I was working from. Seller reviewApryl was awsome at her business. We were selling a property from my brothers estate not in the area we live. She had my confidence from our first phone conversation, which I needed. She was so tuned to the area, overcoming my concerns about the salability of the property. She communicated with us as needed. Had 2 offers for the property the day after the first showings. I didn't meet Apryl in person till the closing of the sale. I am not likely to need her services again, but would give her the highest recommendation Helen Sullivan. I thought Apryl was exceptional. I have sold real estate in my past, so I had expectations, which she met and exceeded.
