Aristotle was very attentive, knowledgeable and was able to explain the whole process to me to make a very smooth transaction. He was very firm with negotiations and I feel I got the best deal I could by having him represent me. Aristotle helped me find my mortgage broker as well and the house that checked all my requirements for a new family.

Aris was fantastic. He knew our goals and even when we were desperate to sell, he always kept us on track and encouraged against selling at some points. It showed us he wasn't after the commission or the sale. At certain points he even said I wouldn't sell if you want this or that price. Or even saying "just keep it." He really kept it real with us and when our mind was set on selling, he tried to meet our higher end goals and said we can wait or if you really want to sell , this is the price we need to put it. The second we put it to that price we got a viewing the next day and we're in contract. So professional and so knowledgeable in the market. Every aspect of the sale was smooth. He gave suggestions and also gave things we should be careful for. He was diligent in paying attention to every little detail. I can't express enough how much Aristotle has done ! I'm going back for any other real estate things in the future. Aris was amazing in this regard. He was very understanding and made it to where he discussed with my wife and I and was very good at mediating seeing both sides of the selling game. Very professional in the way he handled both my wife and Is needs. I wanted to sell of course and my wife didn't but he talked us through the process and even weighed out every benefit and problem to a point where my wife is now happy she sold. So sharp with it, he did this without showing bias to either side. Every meeting we had prior to selling he offered to take us out or even got us coffees and snacks to talk over the selling process. He was more a friend , a close acquaintance with realtor knowledge. I didn't feel he was a realtor just doing his job. I felt he was really about establishing great rapport and he was just an amazing friend throughout the way. He always put himself in our shoes and was never pushy, not once. If anything I WAS THE PUSHY ONE ! He was great

Aris was an extremely professional and personable realtor throughout our home buying process. He took the time to get to know us and valued our needs, as well as sensibility. He was prompt to reply when we had any questions and delivered additional input as needed. It was important for us to find a realtor that understood the current market and Aris provided just that!
