Arlene has been in the real estate industry since 1980. She currently serves on several national and local committees and was named the local and state REALTOR® of the Year in 2003. Arlene has received many CENTURY 21® awards with the most recent being the 2014 Centurion Team Award for sales production. She grew up in Goodrich, ND, is happily married to Ron and has a combined family of 7 children, 14 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and her hobbies include singing, flower gardens, reading, doing photo books for family, and traveling.

Seller reviewWe appreciated Arlene's working knowledge of the property and the building association. Having previously sold several units in the complex definitely helped. It was good of her to meet with the board to explain the new owner's need for a pet, which is perhaps something that was not necessary, apparently made a good impression on them. Very congenial work ethic and well prepared for our first meeting to list the property. Living 450 miles away was not an issue, and we had very little to do in selling the property.

They had extensive knowledge of the area that I didn't, and brought that knowledge every step of the way from choosing which listings to view (or not), choosing a lender, all the way through what inspections to get and expediting the appraisal. Courteous, professional, fun - I looked forward to every time we needed to get together.
