If he couldn't answer my many questions he'd refer me to someone who could, maybe once! My sale had a 5 way contingency and Art communicated with me daily on the ups and downs of this. From the time I was ready to market my home to the close of escrow Art was there reassuring me this process will get done, and it did. If there was a category, Beyond Excellent, this would be Art!!! He is all of the above! Your office is centrally located and it was easy to meet Art there as needed. I hope Art stays in the Real Estate business! He made this sale go very smooth and this isn't my 1st sale or purchase.
