When we were selling our home, the circumstances were not ideal: we lived several hours away from the property, and we were also dealing with a prolonged family crisis at the time. Not only did Ash essentially take care of everything (she either always knew who to call to deal with whatever issue arose, or she just took care of it herself) but she was also quite patient and understanding of our situation, which we very much appreciated.
