We had only a few days in Minot to shop for a house due to a military move. We had previously coordinated with a different agent/different company. The agent was a total no call no show for 5 days. So we walked into Century 21 and Ashlee immediately helped us, no questions asked and we were viewing houses within a couple hours that same day. The amount of care and attention she took into looking at houses with us was great. We are first time home buyers and she pointed out flaws/concerns. She wasn't trying to push any sales only interested in something that worked for us. She showed us over a dozen houses the first day because we had so little time. She was patient and knowledgeable of all the properties we saw. Ashlee helped save us thousands in the purchase of the home with countering offers and negotiating. She warned us of the flood plane houses, had great knowledge of the town and what areas would be better for us. We are first time home buyers and Ashlee made it seem easy with regards to the paperwork. She went above and beyond for us, we truly got lucky getting such a good agent. After we closed on our home she even changed the locks since the property was rental before, she truly cares about her clients that much is clear.

Ashlee exceeded all expectations. She has the best customer service and is helpful. She went out of her wy numerous times. She is great in the begining of the process , during, and follows through!

Ashlee handled the closing and every other aspect of the home sale for me. I had already moved and still needed the home cleaned. She got in the day after home was cleaned to take photos and get home listed quickly. She helped with all items that were flagged on inspection by buyers and looked at them herself and made good recommendations. She helped schedule repairs and allowed workers into house as needed. I moved away and my home was closed 6 weeks after I moved and I barely lifted a finger in between those times as Ashlee took care of everything she could.
