Fate brought us to Spokane in the form of orders for my husband, Al, who has been active duty Air Force for 13years. We have moved a lot, but absolutely fell in love with this growing city and decided to make Spokane our home indefinitely. Our 3 children have never been happier. After developing a passion for real estate by buying, renovating, and selling homes with my husband, I knew I wanted to help others accomplish their real estate goals as well. The success I have enjoyed has come from spending time listening closely to my clients, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals. Buyer reviewAshley was wonderful. This was my first time buying a home so I had absolutely no prior experience with how the process works or understanding of all the terminology. Ashley explained everything so thoroughly that I rarely felt the need to ask additional questions. She made everything very straight forward and simple to understand. Ashley stayed on top of all of the deadlines on our end and with the seller's realtor to make sure everything went smoothly for us. She is VERY knowledgeable about the area and even made a great home inspector recommendation. She helped us present a great offer letter and came with us when we signed our documents to make sure she could answer any questions we had and that our wire transfer was completed successfully. I could not have asked for a better realtor to help me buy my first home. We are beyond grateful for the outstanding experience and customer service we received. I would recommend Ashley to a first time homebuyer or a seasoned homebuyer. Her professionalism and knowledge exceeds expectations. Ashley has very good people and interaction skills, she has a way of making everything go smooth and by communicating thoroughly, no questions were hanging in the air where we were left confused or not knowing what stage we were in.
