We reached out and within hours we were in the house and within another day we had an accepted offer on it! Ashley means everything to our family. Seller reviewWhere do I even begin! Prior to meeting Ashley, my husband and I viewed the "post Covid" housing market as intimidating and not feesable for us to be apart of. But we knew we were quickly growing out of our little cabin(home) in our small town. One day while scrolling on Facebook I saw a property ad presented by Ashley of the most perfect home, ironically in our small town! We knew we had to quickly act on this property, so I reached out to Ashley via Facebook. I was honest with her, I had no idea what we had to do in this crazy market to secure a property. From that point on Ashley took our hands and helped guide us through the home buying process. She even gave amazing recommendations on mortgage brokers!! Fast forward ONLY two months later and we bought that amazing house through Ashley and she sold our other property!! Ashley's compassion and knowledge is the truly the best of the best. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Ashley Fuller was referred by a business associate and the recommendation referenced the detail she took with a lady to assist her in selling a number of properties thru an estate settlement and Ashley made that number of transactions seamless! That recommendation AND a sale she made for someone that I consider very picky on details sealed the deal for me. Also on our first meeting she listened, did a wonderful comp set and I could analysis her details as I was very familiar with her references to be tested as accurate! She build excellent trust and was excellent on details and timing.
