There were so many showings in three days that it was sold before the sign was put out in the lawn!!! Working with Ashley was such an easy and amazing experience, she is so personable and friendly that within a few minutes of talking to her and dealing with her it felt like we had been friends for 10 years! Because of her kindness, knowledge of the market and amazing ability to do her job I was able to sell my house in under a week for nearly 12K over asking price. Seller reviewAshley priced and marketed my home perfectly, resulting in an offer way over asking price and also negotiated very favorable terms for myself after we ran into some borrower financing issues due to COVID-19. The closing got delayed about two months through nobody's fault and still closed successfully at original terms.
