She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does that you feel confident that you are making the right decision whether it is accepting an offer or if what you are buying is worth the price. The other person that was such a huge asset was Ashley's mom and assistant, Nancy Kemps. When selling our duplex we had a disgruntled tenant who tended to be resistant in requests for showings. Nancy's friendly demeanor and charm won our tenant over and really helped make the selling process smoother for everyone.
