Seller reviewAshley Nelson impressed us with her detailed knowledge of the entire sales/purchasing process and of our market. She was professional and detailed throughout the house prep and marketing process. She has acess to professional services that helped us prepare the house for sale and show it at its finest. The prep allowed us to sell the house within a couple days at full asking price and no contingencies! After the buyer was found, she followed every detail of the transition by ensuring the transfer of utilities etc, to the new owner so closing was merely a formality. All I had to do is move out. Ashley Nelson is a "professional" agent in every aspect of the word and she truly knows her stuff.
