I am Astryd Gonzalez, a realtor with 21 years of experience in the industry. I began my real estate career in 2001 as an assistant to my mom, Emma Trillanes, as I attended college. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree from SDSU, I became a loan officer. In 2010, I decided to join forces with my mom and provide comprehensive real estate services to our clients. Since then we have worked together for our clients, helping both buyers and sellers. Outside of real estate, I am a proud mother and wife. My boys are 12 and 10. They have grown up in the business and have enjoyed meeting many of the families that I help. We enjoy baseball, as my kids are year round baseball players. We also enjoy traveling and working out as a family. I am passionate about helping my clients with their real estate chapter and making sure that they have the best experience possible. I pride myself in being able to provide an honest and transparent experience to my clients and to ensure that they are satisfied at closing. I am an expert in the San Diego housing market and look forward to helping with reaching your real estate goals.

Buyer reviewAstryd really did a great job. We had plenty of issues with this house buying process (none were her doing), but Astryd took care of all of them. Here were some examples of the issues we had : seller not vacating property promptly, seller agent not communicating/relaying updates, my financial institution almost not closing on time and docs needed, seller not leaving mail keys and seller taking A/C unit. There were plenty more examples of things that Astryd did, but she honestly made my wife and I confident we would get this completed, and we did thanks to her. She is friendly, honest and always available. We couldn't of asked for a better agent.

Her ability to find answers that weren't readily available showed true commitment and desire to provide outstanding service. Being new to the area, it was great to have a guide who knew what information to provide to make the acquisition see less and with much less stress than I anticipated. If you're looking for someone to lead you through your real estate purchase, Astryd is it. She is simply outstanding.

Buyer reviewWe very much enjoyed working with Astryd Gonzalez. She was very accommodating to our needs and schedules and almost always made us feel like we were her sole client. She was always very kind and patient with us and willing to work with us however we needed to get us into our first house. It really seemed like she was always there for us day and night and she really pushed third parties to get things going and done. Should we ever need real estate services again we would gladly request her and certainly refer her to anyone in need of real estate services.

Seller reviewWe can't say enough good things about Astryd. She cares about her clients and advocates for them. She has many clients but makes you feel like you're the only one. She did great marketing on the sale of our house and we had accepted an offer within a week. We will definitely use Astryd again if we ever sell our new home and will be recommending her to all our friends and family!
