I am Astryd Gonzalez, a realtor with 21 years of experience in the industry. I began my real estate career in 2001 as an assistant to my mom, Emma Trillanes, as I attended college. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree from SDSU, I became a loan officer. In 2010, I decided to join forces with my mom and provide comprehensive real estate services to our clients. Since then we have worked together for our clients, helping both buyers and sellers. Outside of real estate, I am a proud mother and wife. My boys are 12 and 10. They have grown up in the business and have enjoyed meeting many of the families that I help. We enjoy baseball, as my kids are year round baseball players. We also enjoy traveling and working out as a family. I am passionate about helping my clients with their real estate chapter and making sure that they have the best experience possible. I pride myself in being able to provide an honest and transparent experience to my clients and to ensure that they are satisfied at closing. I am an expert in the San Diego housing market and look forward to helping with reaching your real estate goals.

Buyer reviewWe were first given a different Agent. After over a week of not hearing from them, I reached out to our coordinator and was given Astyrd Gonzalez. She immediately connected with us and has been a wonderful experience ever since As we are first time home buyers the process was really scary at first. Astryd assured us that she would be with us through the whole thing. Not only did she fulfill this but she went above and beyond. #1 Realtor in my book. I feel like not only did she help with the entire process but that I also gained a friend. She is so wonderful and professional. I dont think we would have enjoyed the home buying experience if we has any other realtor Such a great experience at buying our very first home. We have waiting a long time to do this because we were very nervous. I wish I had found Astryd sooner because she made this possible Astryd made us feel like we were her top priority.
