After decided to work with Ava, she spent some time upfront getting to know our family and needs. She is very proactive to monitor the market and alert quickly when there are new houses on the market that may fit our needs. Given the market conditions, we spent well over a year trying to find the dream house and finally landed on one right before the holidays!!! Ava was very patient throughout the process and showed couple houses to us along the way without pressuring us.
