This is my second time purchasing a house with Banny. When placing a bid in today's seller's market, Banny provides you will all the different options to be an attractive buyer. I had issues with my mortgage company and he made a recommendation who worked nights and weekends to reach our goals. He also recommend an inspector who was very knowledgeable and professional. After 7 months of trying, we finally won a bid. Banny was patient and positive through out the entire ordeal. He went above and beyond what is normally expected of a realtor to appease my parents, who do not understand the current market. I recommend him to all my family and friends, all of whom have had great experiences with Banny.
