Banny Lim was amazing! I'm a first time homebuyer and I was buying a new construction home so I did my research and felt like I was able/prepared to do it all myself. Boy was I wrong! Banny was recommended to me through a friend and I'm so glad I met with him to discuss options and ultimately hire him as my realtor. After our first meeting he was able to negotiate a price reduction in the home I was looking at. Further more, Banny took his time to meet with me for all home walkthroughs with the builder and was extremely thorough and responsive to all my questions. His attention to detail was awesome when it came to spotting small imperfections and bringing them to the builder's attention; ultimately saving me time and money in the long run! I would without a doubt recommend Banny to my friends and family and I look forward to working with him in the future when needed!

We interviewed 3 other agents. We learned a bit from each interview, but Banny Lim gave us the time and thoughtful consideration we really needed in an agent. He's vibrant and energetic. Banny knows how social media works. We requested Open Houses and got them! We had balloons and big yard signs. We had the open houses marketed on HAR as well. We had an awesome YouTube video that will forever be etched in my mind; it was the best I've ever seen. Thanks again, Banny! Banny was excellent; he couldn't have done anything more to make me happy. He communicated promptly and professionally. We were never left to wonder if Banny Lim was going to call or text back. Banny answered all questions and was great to work with on such an emotional roller coaster of selling a home. Amazing! Banny Lim will continue to do wonders!
