My husband and I had differing views at the time and she was so patient and worked with us in a very charming funny way. I consider her a dear friend and a wonderful person. Barbra's professionalism always exceeds my expectations. She is a joy to work with. The staff I worked with were very professional and polite. There was timely communication with kindness. This is rare in the business world. I was surprised with the market and marketing in the time of Covid restrictions. Barbra followed all protocols that did not hinder the sale. It was listed on August 5th and I had several offers by the 6th. We accepted an offer on the 8th with a back up offer. She helped everything go smoothly without any problems. Her negotiating skills are phenomenal.
