She took time out of her busy day to help us understand the process and what is involved. Nancy was approachable, understanding, and compassionate. That was the deciding factor why we chose Century 21, the whole staff was professional and friendly. We looked and who knows how many houses, Nancy was always so positive and helpful. She knew exactly what to look for as soon as we walked in each house. Even when we were bogged down and started to get discouraged, that we might never find the house. She was able to lift our spirits, with her optimism. When we finally did find that one house, that was the one. Nancy spent so much time answering questions and explaining statements nine hundred different ways till we understood. She wanted us to make informed decisions when it came to purchasing a house. Nancy was nothing short of an amazing realtor, she is responsible for our outstanding experience we had buying a house. Why I would recommend Century 21 Barbra blades team, they are the perfect blend of friendly and professionalism. They are compassionate and fearless, all rolled into one team.

Didn't want, nor need, an inflated, optimistic assessment that was only going to result in a later price reduction after a lengthy time on the market. Offered bonus for quick sale and received full price offer after less than two days on the market. Outstanding in every regard. Barbara and her team (especially Carlene) were on top of everything and went the extra mile to ensure this cross-country sale went smoothly. The BEST!!!
