I enjoy working with military families to find their dream home. My dad was a World War II Veteran, and my husband is a Vietnam Veteran. She's patient, a great listener and she works really hard to make her market successful. You are not a contract to Barb, you're her client and she takes care of you like family.

Buyer reviewAs first-time home buyers we could not have been more fortunate to have Barbara as our agent. Very thorough, knowledgeable, attentive and cares about you. Whether you're a first-time home buyer or you've had multiple homes before, she has the knowledge, skill and reputation to get the job done your way. As first-time home buyers we had a decent amount of options, but not really the experience. To which we were caught up in just some of the pros of those options, but Barbara thankfully, was able to weigh pros and cons with us and at times be a critical thinker for us. That to me alone is huge, because wasn't just looking to sell a house, she wanted to sell the right house. With other agents that we have met with, when comparing them with Barbara, she most definitely stands out as the best choice. We would certainly recommend her and if given the option will most definitely hire her again.

Buyer reviewI asked my friends and family for referrals and received a number of them however I decided to go with Barbara Laib because she had her own/good web page and seemed very transparent and knowledgeable. Barb did a great job trying to get us into our dream home and went above and beyond by calling the listing agent, electrician, inspector, etc. to get things moving along in order to close on the foreclosure property.
