A good friend recommended Barbie Martz when we wanted to start looking for a cabin, and after our first discussion it was clear that Barbie knew her stuff. She immediately had properties in mind and we set up a meeting to go look at them. She also encouraged us to look outside the box we had originally set and we're glad she did. We ended up purchasing a property that we probably wouldn't have looked at based on the original specs. Our part of the whole negotiation and closing were also effortlesst. We couldn't be more please with the entire process working with Century 21 Twin Lakes Realty and Barbie Martz and would definitely recommend her!!
