So when we put our property up for rental in 2005, we chose her and she quickly found a very suitable tenant, which we had for 12+ years. For our sale, Barbar helped us price the condo for a reasonable quick sale rate, which was very desirable to us. She also dealt with our existing elderly tenants in a very compassionate way. She handled all the transactions of the sale. Although she did not find the actual buyer because it sold so quickly, I have no doubt she would have found a buyer soon. I can't say enough about her professional work. I would recommend her to anyone
