Seller reviewBarb Stieper was professional, knowledgeable & accessible. She was willing to hold several Open Houses. The buyer she found came to one of the Open Houses she held at our property. She was great & I will recommend her to my friends & family. Barb did such a great job that we didn't need to deal with anyone else in the office. Barb sent us weekly on-line activity reports. Barb kept us informed about every aspect of the selling process & provided excellent follow-up. After an offer was accepted, Barb was in constant communication with everyone involved which ultimately led to a smooth, stress-free closing for all.

Barb has now been our agent 3 times (twice as a Buyer and once as a Seller). We recommend her to all our friends and family. Dealing with Barb was an exceptional experience as usual! The whole sales process moved very smoothly. From the time the For Sale sign was posted in the ground to the time that we closed took 6 weeks which, is outstanding!! Barb is excellent at her job! She understands the Real Estate profession better than most agents in the industry.
