Growing up in so many communities, from the tennis courts of Flamingo Park on Miami Beach as a kid to the waterfronts of Boca Raton, I've seen first hand how strategic investments in real estate can lead to a quick increase in personal wealth and a radical improvement in the quality of life. Few markets yield such life-changing opportunities, if understood and capitalized on correctly. Since graduating from the University of Miami with degrees in accounting and marketing, and later investing in my own real estate deals, I've been able to develop a unique vantage point that has allowed myself, my family, close friends and clients achieve their own investment goals and upgrade their living in the process. As my sister and I, both trustees of the trust that owned the property, were not in Florida this summer, it was up to Barry to manage anything that had to take place at the house--repairs, renovations, etc. He did so responsibly and unfailingly. I have nothing but good things to say about Barry.
