We selected Beata Dziekkonski after receiving very positive feedback from neighbors that had used her services to sell their home. From our very first. meeting, Beata gave us very constructive tips on what we needed to do to get top dollar for our home. We followed her recommendations to the letter and sold our home in 2 days, and had received 13 offers! Beata came to our home to review the offers, and gave us her input and information on what she considered to be the best offers. Based on her recommendation, we selected the offer that had the best financials to back up the offer. All through the process, Beata gave us constant updates as to the progress of the sale, and what to expect at closing. Our closing day arrived, and the process could not have gone any smoother! We exited the closing feeling very thankful for Beata, and we know that we have made a friend for life!

In this pandemic were everything was changed it was a good experience to have someone help me realize a dream of mine. Also to help guide me through what was different and when things didn't work the way I expected them to just having someone on my side made it a great experience.

Buying your first home can be a very intimidating process with a lot of unfamiliar terms. Beata Dziekonski went above and beyond to explain every detail to both my fiance and I. We learned a tremendous amount in our months looking and finally buying our perfect home. There are a lot of land mines that first time buyers should avoid and Beata made sure we avoided all of them. She took on the stress of buying a home from us and allowed us to enjoy the process. She was always a phone call away to answering all of our questions and remained patient with us throughout the entire process. Not only did she find our perfect home, but she even got it for us under asking price which seemed near impossible in this market as first time home buyers.
