I found my house and Ben was away on vacation and still answered the phone and got someone to show me the house and it's my house now. If he had not done that for me it would have been gone by the time he got back.

Seller reviewWe truly appreciate the level of time and effort expended by Ben in order to complete this sale in the time period required and to achieve a final sales price 7% above the asking price. Ben was always available, day or night, to answer our questions and respond to inquiries from the buyer's agent. Overall, the sale was completed in a more than acceptable period of time and the financial results were much better than we had anticipated. It was Ben's knowledge and experience that made these happen.

I tried to limit my texts/phone calls to normal business hours, but he always replied immediately to any questions/concerns I had. His business hours extend way beyond the usual 9-5. I'm amazed at his energy and enthusiasm. His knowledge of the Texoma area is also impressive.
