Working with Ben was very comforting. Having worked with other realtors in the past, didn't have the best experience. His timing in responding to my questions and getting me showings was almost instantly otherwise would communicate that he'd take care of something later that day. I got the feeling he was really trying to help me find a home that would suite me and my kids needs and not just a house that would give him the best pay day. Tried finding a new home last year and things didn't work out for me at that time due to loss of job. I didn't feel comfortable pursuing a new home at that time and he was 100% on my side. Tried again this spring and things couldn't have worked out better. Truly a life experience that all things happen at a certain time for certain reasons.
