She made sure we were comfortable and understood everything in depth before proceeding with signing papers etc. Beth made us feel like we had known her forever, she was so friendly and wanted to know our needs. It seemed like she knew our needs before we did. Anytime a property came available, she made it a point to let us know as soon as she could. She went above and beyond traveling to smaller towns to show us these properties. 10/10 recommend working with Beth!!

She gave an accurate analysis of comparable homes for sale in the area. the extremely low volume of homes available helped us price the home at a price significantly higher than what other realtors recommended. She assisted the process with the tiny details, even giving me the contact of a repair person to make small fixes needed prior to sale, and picked up a garage door opener that I'd misplaced. She heard me out and took my perspective into consideration and coordinated a very smooth process!
