I like to think my approach to real estate is a bit different than the norm. I purpose to focus on my client's needs and wishes rather than on selling them a house. This approach has made a significant difference with how I interact with clients. I realize that finding a home can be a challenge, especially for people who are relocating to the area. I'm happy to take time to introduce my clients to the area and acquaint them with their surroundings before they make the decision of where to purchase a home. Blount County Tennessee and the surrounding area is a wonderful place to live. The natural beauty of East Tennessee is everywhere and if outdoor activities are your thing, you are coming to the right area! My family and I relocated to Blount County more than ten years ago. I like to say that I have regained a huge portion of my life because I no longer have to sit in traffic as a daily part of my life. One thing I love about the Knoxville area is that the "must haves": hospitals, universities and shopping are only a short trip away, while the "desirables": beautiful views, hiking, boating and fishing are also at our doorsteps.
