Beth's response to my inquiry about the property was the quickest response I received. Within just a few days, I was inside the home to see what it had to offer. As excited and scared as I was to purchase this home by myself, Beth always had patience with me. We laughed together, she put up with my tears, and always had be keep a clear head as to what the goal was that I could achieve. Beth and ALL the staff was above and beyond welcoming as well as taking care of all the little things that were so important to me. Beth not only was my Real Estate Agent, but she shared all my dreams and doings of what I wanted this particular home for. She made the experience a personal one. The fact that Beth and I turned out to be such a good friends after the sale, says it all.

My wife and I found out that the home that we were renting was going up for sale. We were not ready to move just yet, but had to buy the home that we were in or move out.The home owners were ready to sell. I immediately scrambled to find a bigger home. I blindly contacted Beth to setup a showing of a home that we were interested in and from the start Beth was way more helpful than she had to be. We were so impressed that we agreed that we wanted Beth to represent us. We found a forclosed home that we really liked and only had about 40-45 days to close since our lease was ending. My wife and I felt overwhelmed at times with the inherent challenges a foreclosure creates. Beth went above and beyond to help ease the stresses of buying a foreclosure while my wife and I were able maintain operations at our 2 small businesses. Beth truly is one hard working lady and I can't be happier. I feel certain that you will not find someone that will represent you better. She was always communicating with us to keep us informed. She is also well respected by the financial organizations and other agents in the area. She did so well that I am working with her on another project for my business. I usually don't comment on things like this, but with everything that Beth did for my family I feel like it is the least that I can do. Thanks Beth,we love our new home.
