Buyer reviewBeth was extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond to ensure that the process went smoothly. After the sale, Beth even gave me a "Thank You" card with a gift certificate for a local restaurant. I've never heard of a Realtor doing something like that for their client!

Buyer reviewI was looking for a new home for my family for awhile, Beth was perfect with being patient and letting me do the looking and letting me only contact her when I needed something. Once I found the home I wanted I aggressively went after it with the help of Beth. Due to her knowing I was very quiet until this point she understood my urgency and knew it was time to be aggressive and stay on target!! I was demanding and needy at times wanting to make sure I secured this house that Me and my husband finally agreed was for us! And we did!!! Thank you!! Beth helped me and my husband find our very first home 10 years ago and it meant a lot to me to have her there supporting us during our second house when our growing family was in need of bigger home and a school district I wanted. I give her an A+ for noting when to give me space and when to keep me on track for securing my families new home! Beth was almost family by the end of this. My children even talk about her as she was a member of our family or close friend. I have a wonderfully chatty 5 year old daughter and a messy wild 2 year old boy that is a handful to say the least. She was understanding and even helpful with them when I was looking at houses or reading paperwork. both of my kids started to look forward to house stuff cause they would get to see her! that means a lot to any Mom!
