Please let me introduce myself, I am Beverly Carter, a full time, professional Realtor! I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and serve as a Director on the Stillwater Board of Realtors. I have lived in or near Stillwater my whole life. It is a wonderful community to enjoy my grandkids and OSU activities! Real-estate is truly my passion, I love helping buyers and sellers make the biggest purchase of their lives as fun and stress-free as possible.
As a Realtor specializing in residential properties, I have always brought abundant energy, creativity, dedication, experience and personal knowledge to my work. You can be assured I will stay on top of all the details of the deal to provide a smooth and easy transaction.
I feel part of my job is to educate my clients and give them a true understanding of their home purchase or home sale. I received my real estate license in 1983 and joined Century 21 in 2003. I could not have found a better company to make my home. I work with some of the best agents in town. And I am truly humbled by the recognition I have received from Century 21 as the top producer in our office, a top 10 producer in our region, and recognition for distinguished quality service. I was inducted into the Dick Loughlin Hall of Fame 2012. But honestly, my very favorite recognition is from the people alongside whom I get to walk through one of the most exciting (and sometimes scary) decisions of their lifetimes.

Our dream home was very unique and Beverly recognized the need to find comparable properties and communicate early and often with the lender to make things happen. She was very attentive to detail throughout the entire process. She stayed on top of every aspect of the sale, from negotiations, to the inspection, to final contracts, to even negotiating to have the property spotless for final walk-through. Because of her hard work we were able to close on time with no issues. I truly believe that if had we had any other realtor the sale would have fallen through. But thanks to Beverly, we were able to close on our dream home! Beverly also helped us sell our home at the same time we were purchasing a property. She worked with us to help determine a great price to list the house and she helped generate interest so that we were able to accept a full price offer shortly after it went on the market!
