Her knowledge of the local market is exceptional and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience working with her. At the time I sold the house in El Paso, I no longer lived in the area, and the time and attention she devoted to the preparation of the house for market, advertising, listing, open houses, working with buyers' agents, etc was nothing short of extraordinary. She knows how to get results in this housing market and is the kind of agent you want on your team. Beverly treats you like family. She is personable, kind, communicative, and you instantly trust that she is best representing your interests. I cannot recommend Beverly enough. She was instrumental in finding, the purchase and years later the sale of my house in El Paso. She also assisted close friends of mine in their finding a home in El Paso. She is truly an asset to the Centry 21 team.

Seller reviewBeverly was referred to me by my daughter. She worked with me patiently and would ALWAYS answer my calls and all my questions. She is absolutely very knowledgeable and very accommodating in showing me properties. When i finally found the area I wanted she worked diligently in finding me a home and she came through! I am so very happy with this hard working lady and I really don't know how she juggles everything and still be so efficient! This is why I wanted her to list my property on Phil Gibbs and we got it sold in 4 days!!!! She's amazing in my books and I applaud her stellar performance and outcome! Aside from business we have become very good friends! I recommend her to anyone I hear is looking to buy or sell.

When we first moved to El Paso in 2018 she was the first and only relator to answer our phone calls and help us find suitable housing. Now, she has helped us purchase our First Home! She tirelessly works to educate and protect her clients from all the unknowns and uncertainties in the home buying process. She, without fail, always answered ever phone call and email. We noticed she was having to wait on us and not the other way around. Over and above the professional aspect, Beverly took time to build a personal relationship with us and we have had many meals with her and her husband David.
