Knowledgeable, understanding, patient, helpful, timely, accessible are just a few of the qualities that Bev Brua has that gives the seller confidence, security and provides a sense of calm during a very stressful time. Bev exhibits all of these qualities plus another essential one for my husband and me - a sense of humor.

After 40 years of living in my home that had just been remodeled, I know I wasn't the easiest client. It was a very emotional time for me, and Bev struck a perfect balance between understanding how I must be feeling, informing me of the process and keeping me focused on the end result, which would be purchasing a beautiful home that would better meet my family's needs.

Bev did extensive research on recent sales in our area and presented these to us as a way to determine a range for listing the house. She was flexible in our decision to list at the top of that range and with our desire to delay the listing for a day while the snow melted before taking pictures. We had a full price offer within 27 hours of listing the house and another a few hours later. The weeks that followed the signing of a contract to sell went smoothly with Bev staying in touch to update us on the progress and to remind me of the things I needed to do to prepare for the move. Bev was very attentive to finding properties that would meet our needs, and we had a number of needs that made it difficult to find a home in the area where we wanted to live. When we looked at various houses, she was careful to point out concerns she had with the layout of the home, repairs that would be needed and aspects of things like the yard and foundation that we should be aware of before making a decision.

Honest, reliable, professional, understanding, timely with communication, responsive to our needs, knowledgeable - these are invaluable characteristics for an agent to have when working with clients during a stressful time of making a life-changing decision on a property that will become your home. Bev has all of these qualities, which made our experience a positive one and even one we remember with fondness. Not only is Bev professional and understanding in every way, she also has a lot of patience and a sense of humor, essential qualities when working with home buyers who are uncertain and have constraints that make a purchase difficult.

Bev explained the sales experience in ways that were easy to understand and she was very through. She also explained not only what the process would be, but why she was approaching the contract, offer and timing of presentation the way she was.

We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience, and that is because of who Bev is and how she works for her clients.
