As a Century 21 Agent, Bill brings much more than just real estate experience to the table. He is a community driven individual who has lived and worked all over Sonoma County for more than 50 years. Although not born here, Bill moved to Petaluma when he was 6 years old, graduated from Petaluma High, has an associate degree from Santa Rosa Junior College and a BA from Sonoma State University. He has raised all 3 of his kids here. Before he began his favorite career as a real estate agent he owned "The Bicycle Factory" for 18 years which operated stores in Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, Novato and of course Petaluma. Seller reviewat first phone call to bundesen realty, bill answered the phone. he listened well and was not pushy. within a very short time, he followed through by coming to the property for a look, without being intrusive. bill could not have been a better agent to deal with this particular sale. in addition, we worked well together. communication could not have been better. follow through on a myriad of issues and tasks was over the top. bill was able to make a difficult sale go as best as it could have. i cannot imagine working with a better agent. he met all the important needs a seller could have. his excellent communication and follow-through, coupled with a quiet demeanor, and years of professional experience and know how, were invaluable.
