Seller reviewTo steal a motto from a another company. Like a good neighbor Bill Jardine is there. Bill Jardine was a professional and personable person right from the start. I felt like I knew mr. Jardine all my life and wish that I had. Mr. Jardine was very easy to work with when it came to solving obstacles in the selling process. I would recommend mr. Jardine to anyone serious about selling or buying a home. He did a great job for us.

Buyer reviewMy Husband and I had been working with a different broker at the beginning of our house hunt and it was not working out. Bill has been my parent's realtor for years so when we were in the market for a new realtor he was the perfect choice! He had done an amazing job with my parent's houses over the years and was very knowledgable about the real estate market. We were very picky buyers and Bill was more than patient through out this almost 2 year process. Bill was more interested in us finding the perfect house than just making a sale. When we finally did find the right house he made the purchasing process as simple as possible and made sure everything went smoothly! We couldn't have done this without Bill! We highly recommend him.

Seller reviewI was referred to Bill many years ago by a colleague and I am forever thankful. Bill is personable, considerate, trustworthy, and did all of the "little things" right that make me recommend him to anyone that is looking for an agent. My wife and daughters enjoy having him work with us, and my 8 year old daughter, Lily, even went so far as to make sure that we sent him a text pic message to prove to him that she had done a good job cleaning up her room for our showings. I would recommend him to anyone. 48 hours and we got more than we were asking for. It was perfect.
