Personal Profile

I was born in Southern California, but before I made too many memories there, my family relocated to Medford, Oregon. Growing up, I spent countless trips traveling with my dad to the Seattle area to visit family - and it didn't take long for me to fall in love with the Pacific Northwest, even though I had no idea I'd eventually call it home.

I graduated from North Medford High School in 1992 and tried my hand at college a few times before realizing the academic path wasn't for me. Instead, I embarked on a journey of moving around, trying new things, and becoming a full-fledged car enthusiast - and since turning 16, I've owned more than 30 different vehicles!

In late 1995, during a family visit to Lynnwood, my aunt and uncle encouraged me to stay and give the area a shot. I transferred jobs with Eagle Hardware and officially made the move to Lynnwood in early 1996. Little did I know, just three short years later, I would meet my future wife, Theresa.

Theresa and I met in 1999, got married in 2001, and have two incredible kids. Sadie, a graduate of Portland State University, now lives locally and works as a freelance graphic designer. Theo graduated from Penn State University in 2024 and is currently working at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. We're now adjusting to life as "empty nesters" and discovering new adventures along the way.

As a family, we've always loved the outdoors and traveling. You can often find us hiking trails across the beautiful Pacific Northwest and exploring National Parks - we even have a map where we pin every park we've visited. One of our favorite memories was a long road trip touring five different National Parks in one journey. Today, Theresa and I continue to explore new destinations a few times a year - Maui tops our list for relaxation, while Las Vegas is our go-to for excitement. I'd love to hear about some of your favorite places to visit, too!

Professionally, I spent a decade in Commercial Construction Management, honing skills in contract negotiation, quality control auditing, and project management. When the economy shifted in 2009, I earned my Real Estate license. Although I initially struggled to gain traction, I later spent nearly 10 years in Commercial Pest Control, working my way into management, where I further developed my negotiation skills and deepened my understanding of building lasting relationships.

When Theresa joined her father, Duane, in running Century 21 Real Estate Center, it felt like the perfect time for me to return to real estate. I renewed my license in 2017, transitioned to real estate full-time in 2018, and haven't looked back since.

Since then, I've been honored with annual awards for both Quality Service and production, including the Masters Award.

At the heart of it all, my passion for people and my love for the Pacific Northwest fuel my real estate career. I strive to make every transaction as fun and rewarding as possible - and I'm excited to help make your real estate journey a great experience too.

My experience with Bill began on a Friday afternoon at 3pm. My wife and I had found a 5 acre property we loved and the owner agreed to drop the price $30,000 if we got our offer in on said Friday. The following Saturday was an open house that would be cancelled if offer was in on time. My realtor was unresponsive so I called Bill. I appraised Bill of the situation and he went to work immediately and he came through for us. Offer was sent on time and accepted. Now we had to list our house which we felt would sell easily but we needed to get the most out of our value in order for our purchase to be more easily managed. Bill took a tour of our house and gave us great advise on minor improvements that would help in value. We went to work for 2 weeks and put the house on the market. It sold in 2 days $30,000 above asking. Through the whole process Bill was there every day to answer my questions (often dumb questions) and guide us through the process of selling our first home. Up to now everything sounds neat and tidy right? One night Bill asked for a meeting and informed us that our buyer had backed out and forfeited his earnest money. This was a big blow to the gut for about 10 seconds when new paper work was produced from another buyer. Our home sale had multiple offers and Bill contacted one of these individuals and they were seamlessly substituted and all was well. The sale of our home could not have gone better. We are absolutely thrilled with the process and outcome. Unfortunately the only time I didn't ask Bill for advice was my lender. The IRS lost my tax return and my lender was not able to handle this complication. To make a long miserable story short we were not able to close on time. We were looking at 6-9 weeks rent back and possible loss of the property. Bill negotiated a 20 day rent back and asked me change to a lender he recommends. I am not an easy person to deal with and at this point the thought of going through the lender process again was a brave thing to ask me. But he did ask me because it was what was best for me. I am so glad he asked and he handled it beautifully. The new lender closed within 10 days. It was the 18th day of our rent back agreement. Bill was always on time or early. But most of all he was always there for when we needed him and a lot of the time we didn't know til after the fact. Like handling all our Pod movements. Including storing our Pods in his driveway when we failed to close through no fault of his own. In closing there were many high fives when we could finally call it our own. I'm glad we went through it with Bill. He is a true agent-there for you when you can't be.

Bill Jordan did a great job helping us find a property. When the first offer we made on a property was ultimately not accepted, Bill went to work to find another owner in the same area who was ready to sell, and we were able to buy a home in the location we desired that was within our price range. Bill worked hard to help us get exactly what we wanted and needed.
