Buyer reviewI WAS REFERRED TO BILL KLAIBER THROUGH ZILLOW WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT A HOUSE FOR SALE IN COAL GROVE, OH. THAT PARTICULAR HOUSE DID NOT WORK OUT, BUT UPON FINDING ANOTHER ONE IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD, I CONTACTED HIM ABOUT SHOWING THE HOUSE TO FRIENDS THAT I HAVE LOCAL TO THE AREA. (I CURRENTLY LIVE OUT OF STATE.) AND NOW I OWN A HOME! BILL WAS VERY INFORMATIVE & HELPFUL THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS - HE WAS EVEN GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO PURCHASE (OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET) A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER FOR THE GARAGE WHEN THE SELLERS REFUSED TO REPLACE THE EXISTING ONE. HE ALSO CONDUCTED A FINAL WALK THRU INSPECTION OF THE HOUSE PRIOR TO CLOSING. I AM BEYOND BLESSED - THE SUPPORT TEAM THAT I HAVE HAD IN THE IRONTON AREA HAS BEEN AMAZING, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BEING PART OF THE COMMUNITY AGAIN!
