Buyer reviewI've known of Bill for sometime and he comes from an honest reputable family. With that being said he had the opportunity to prove himself as a true reputable and honest individual to carry on the tradition of his family and he did not fail that task. With very little hesitation he always got back to me whenever I had a question about this home and others he had shown me. In the negotiation part of the sale Bill was very alert and aware of my wants,needs and desires and diligently set out to achieve those items in my favor again without fail. At one point I was just about to say no to the sale and Bill took pause and clearly explained just what I had to lose should I make that decision. Those individual efforts proved to be very liquid to me when it came time to close on this house. Thanks again Bill for making this purchase a profitable experience!
